Beam Saber V0.46

The update for V0.46 is here! As always the changelog is below but the big highlight is the new art for the Infiltrator, Officer, Scout, Soldier, and Technician pilot playbooks!


-Updated the link to the Roll20 Macros.
-Updated the Example Starting Builds of the Soldier and Hacker as they had abilities listed which are no longer part of their playbooks.
-Expanded on the advantages, disadvantages, and options of each Vehicle Load type.
-Clarified that only 1 tick can be added to a faction goal clock per mission.
-Clarified that the outcome of Spending Drive is dependent on what has built toward that expenditure.
-Clarified when Connection Ticks are added.
-Made it so that the Ace ability Last Stand now grants a number of bonus dice to Dire Actions equal to the amount of Breakdown the Vehicle currently has.

-Added art for the Infiltrator, Officer, Scout, Soldier, and Technician.
-Corrected that the Frontline ability "War Dogs" keeps the Pilots receiving three downtime activities where previous versions said they got two downtime activities.
-Added to the GM Action "Initiate Action With An NPC" that some groups will find it helpful to assign those game flow exempted Consequences as Rival Moves, even when they aren't caused by a Rival.
