Sometimes things line up just right and other times it's like herding cats. 

That's the behind the scenes story of the three new Beam Saber supplements releasing in 2024. 

Two of them were ideas that I had in the same night and finished over the course of a week. That happens much easier with the smaller projects, unsurprisingly, but it's also never planned for. I just get locked on to a concept sometimes and am able to knock it out. All that's left for these is to get cover art done, with one already in the sketch stages, so they'll likely come out after the other item in this trio.

The third is one that was largely completed so long ago that it predates The Hunted squad playbook which I have since added to it in the same way that Rush Wars has The Tuner. Hell, it has spot art that YOU will recognize as from the core rulebook, but was actually commissioned for this release. That one just kept getting delayed because there was always a more pressing matter than finishing it up or an artist I was working with had to back out for various reasons, and honestly the book wound up better for it. Each time I came back to try to get it out the door again, I'd reread it and find new things in the text or layout that needed to be revised. It's finally time though, it has to come out.
