Once upon a time there was a grand villain. An unstoppable shadow that wrought destruction to everything around them. Those who knew their name cowered when it was spoken. But something changed. Maybe they were dealt a grave wound. Perhaps something within them was healed. Regardless, they faded away until only a few still believed in them, and fewer believed them to be alive. They weren't gone though, they had simply become a Recluse.

The Recluse is a pilot playbook for Beam Saber. They used to be a legendary warrior but have set aside their violence. Now they must face the world without touching on that power trembling beneath their surface.
